You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State or Federal Courts within the State or District of Nebraska located in Douglas County and shall be subject to Nebraska law.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with these Terms of Use, including the breach or validity thereof, shall be finally resolved by arbitration in Omaha, Nebraska. You agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis, and that these Terms of Use do not permit class arbitration or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative arbitration proceeding.

Complete Integration

This document, including the documents referenced by and incorporated into this document, forms the complete agreement between you and Mid Group Expedited Inc. regarding the website and supersedes any provision, understanding, or agreements (whether oral or written) and may not be modified except in writing or by making such changes available on this website.
